Accor Services' goal is to offer and manage a service and to ensure its security and reliability. This mission involves producing service vehicles (vouchers, cards, etc.), selecting and affiliating service providers and monitoring and taking into account social and tax legislation in every country, etc.

All our services are structured around a process involving several participants.

Accor Services sells solutions to professionals (businesses, administrative organisations, public authorities), who redistribute them to the beneficiaries concerned, mostly employees. Beneficiaries use the services with affiliated suppliers (shops, restaurants, department stores, dry cleaners, etc.). Accor Services then refunds the suppliers for the amounts spent in their outlets.
